The short version.
Smaller Agency uses basic website analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they find us. If you email us, we use the information you send to respond and to discuss the work. We do not sell personal information.
Information we collect.
When you visit the site, Google Analytics may collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source and interactions with links. Analytics loads after a first interaction or when the page is idle.
When you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, which may include your name, email address, company, project details and attachments.
How we use it.
We use website information to understand site performance, improve content and measure whether people can find what they need. We use inquiry information to reply, assess fit, prepare a scope and manage a working relationship if one begins.
Services involved.
The site is hosted through GitHub Pages and uses Google Analytics for measurement. Email is handled through our email provider. Those services may process information under their own privacy terms and in locations outside Canada.
Your choices.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser, use browser privacy controls or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also ask us what personal information we hold from an inquiry and request a correction or deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements.
