CPG branding agency

The aisle is full. Good.

Crowded categories create an advantage for brands willing to be clearer, stranger or more useful than the default.

We build consumer brands from positioning through packaging, with the shelf, the feed and the next SKU in view from day one.

CPG branding has to work at three feet and three centimetres.

A pack needs stopping power from across the aisle, a clear story in somebody’s hand and enough recognition to survive as a tiny ecommerce thumbnail. It also needs a system that still works after line extensions, retailer requests and regulatory copy arrive.

That is why we do not separate brand strategy from packaging reality. The product, promise, architecture and pack are one connected problem. Treating them that way produces stronger work and fewer expensive corrections later.

01What we do
01

Own a sharper position

Find a useful difference in a category full of familiar claims, visual conventions and bigger media budgets.

02

Create recognition

Build distinctive brand assets that can travel across packaging, retail, ecommerce, social and paid media.

03

Plan for the range

Define portfolio and packaging rules early enough that the second, tenth and thirtieth SKU still feel like the same brand.

You do not need to look louder than everyone. You need to look unmistakably like you.
Questions worth asking

before the first workshop.

Short answers to the questions that usually arrive before the brief does.

What does CPG branding include?

Positioning, naming, identity, packaging architecture, design systems and the launch tools needed to put a consumer product into the market. The mix changes based on the stage of the brand.

Do you work with early-stage CPG founders?

Yes, when there is a real product, a credible path to market and enough ambition to build the foundation properly. We also work with established teams redesigning or extending a portfolio.

Can you help with retailer presentations and sell sheets?

Yes. Those tools often matter to launch as much as consumer-facing creative. We can build the brand and then create the practical materials needed to sell it into the channel.
